We are looking to recruit compassionate Care Practitioners to expand our existing team. We want people who are keen to help others, who we can subsequently support and grow within their career.
Care practitioners’ main duties will be based around the needs and requirements of the service users in their homes which include assisting them in a variety of tasks meaning that no day is the same.

Location: Chelmsford and surrounding area

Salary: Up to £17.63 an hour

We are looking to recruit dedicated Senior Care Assistants to join our team. We want individuals who are not only passionate about providing exceptional care but also have leadership skills to support colleagues.
As a Senior Care Assistant at Calvern Care, you will play a crucial role in both delivering hands-on care and mentoring your team, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standards of support and care.

Location: Maldon and surrounding area

Salary: £26,592

There is so much to be achieved through working in care, both for yourself and others.

Whether helping someone with their independence and acting as a voice for those who might not otherwise be heard, or taking a management course in order to upskill myself. I feel rewarded every day and there’s no better place to do it than with Provide. If you’re someone who has a passion for caring for others, a career in care may be perfect for you. Working in care is such a rewarding job, where every day you come to work you have the opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life. Whether it be their wellbeing or quality of life, your care and support can enable a person to continue living independently, live a fuller life and reduce social isolation. If you enjoy variety, a career in care is flexible and interesting. When you start working in care you gain a career for life and learn valuable skills every day, progressing your career.

You don’t need any formal qualifications to start a career in care and training will be provided.

We do look for certain qualities in our care practitioners, such as enthusiasm, empathy, reliability, care and compassion. As part of the Provide Community, you’ll share our vision of Transforming Lives Through Care, Innovation and Compassion.

Our career paths are open to all age groups, from school-leavers to retirees. It’s never too early or too late to start a career in care and we are proud to represent a diverse community in the services we offer.

It would be great if you are able to drive however we do have scheme to support the financial cost of driving lessons up to £1000.

Every client is different, and our services are tailored to their needs. Your role may involve personal care, meal preparation, supporting their recovery at home from illness or surgery, supporting to access the community e.g doctors appointment, shopping.

Yes we offer full time or part-time hours. If you prefer weekends or evenings, we can offer hours to suit this too.
