Excellent pay

You don’t need any formal qualifications to start a career in care and training will be provided.
We do look for certain qualities in our care practitioners, such as enthusiasm, empathy, reliability, care and compassion. As part of the Provide Community, you’ll share our vision of Transforming Lives Through Care, Innovation and Compassion.
It would be great if you are able to drive however we do have scheme to support the financial cost of driving lessons up to £1000.
Every client is different, and our services are tailored to their needs. Your role may involve personal care, meal preparation, supporting their recovery at home from illness or surgery, supporting to access the community e.g doctors appointment, shopping.
Yes we offer full time or part-time hours. If you prefer weekends or evenings, we can offer hours to suit this too.
